Registration

(Registration includes refreshments & vegetarian lunch on both conference days, and participation & refreshments at pre-conference events on 5 December 2008)

Two categories of registrations are available:

* Standard registrations
* Student registrations (primary/secondary school or full-time university students) with proof of school age or university ID

Until 30 September:

$130 (for students)
$200 (for standard registrations)

From 1 October to 30 November:
$130 (for students)
$250 (for standard registrations)


Last registration day is 30 November 2008, so please register early!

Free seating on a 'first come, first served' basis. Some of the front rows will be reserved for speakers, key people who will have roles for the conference proceedings, and a limited number of guests.

Registrations are transferable only within each category. The Conference Organisers info@sixthgcb.org must be notified to validate the transfer.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note there is no refund for any reason. Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome in your place, although transfers must be of the same category (whether student or standard) - the registration will be transferred but you must inform the conference organisers at info@sixthgcb.org and provide the substitute delegate's details in advance (by 5 November 2008). Cancellations without substitute delegates will not be acceptable - in such cases, there will be no refund and the registration paid will be forfeited.
